For nearly 20 years, I've had my boots on the ground in the world of operations and continuous improvement, wearing the hats of both an engineer and a manager. My experience in executive education has gone beyond theory, I've been in the thick of it, seeing the challenges organisations face up close.

The biggest lesson I've learned? Real, lasting change doesn't happen in a boardroom - it happens in the Gemba, where the real work (and the real growth) takes place.
