I’m passionate about exploring how leaders and teams grow through practical, human-centered improvement.
For nearly 20 years, I’ve been immersed in operations and continuous improvement; sometimes as an engineer, sometimes as a manager. Along the way, I’ve learned that theory alone isn’t enough; real insight comes from being close to the work and understanding the challenges firsthand.
One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned? Meaningful change doesn’t happen in a boardroom; it happens at the Gemba, where the real work (and real learning) takes place.
I started GembaGrowth as a way to share ideas, lessons, and experiences from my own journey. It’s not about perfection; it’s about progress, and about learning together.
This space is for conversation and connection. I’m keen to exchange perspectives on Lean thinking, operational excellence, and the human side of improvement. Whether you agree, disagree, or have a completely different approach, I’d love to hear your thoughts.
My hope is that this becomes a place where we can learn from each other, share stories, and spark ideas that make a difference. If you’re curious about building smarter, stronger, and more resilient organisations, or simply want to talk shop, follow this space!
Thoughts and learnings from my journey in continuous improvement.
